At 71, Parliament/Funkadelic frontman George Clinton is still rocking out. Expect outlandish costumes and plenty of politico-funk from his last record, George Clinton and His Gangsters of Love, when he brings the show to Billboard Live, a sit-down supper venue that probably won't know what hit it.
