Time Out says

This international performing arts festival brings together artists representing different genres, nations and generations. First up is composer Otomo Yoshihide’s PROJECT FUKUSHIMA!, which puts on a Fukushima festival at Ikebukuro’s Nishiguchi Park. Another first is marked by the inclusion of the Asia Series in this year’s program, allowing visitors to get acquainted with the Dawon crossover arts that have attracted plenty of attention in South Korea over the past decade. Make sure to also catch the latest plays and much more by notable artists from fast-rising countries like China and Myanmar.
