Shinjuku has its fair share of beer gardens, but Keio's rooftop spot edges most of the competition with its impressive night views, upscale food and affordable set menus. À la carte options start with roast pork and stir-fried seafood, while the prix fixe menus are available only for those who call ahead (reserve three days prior or earlier). The six-course menu, complete with two hours of free-flowing drinks (¥3,980/person) is recommended for groups of eight or more, while the standard all-you-can-drink option (¥1,900) can be chosen without reservations.
