Nearly a decade after it opened, this basement bar and restaurant remains a popular haunt for Ebisu's party people. The standing bar area at the front of the shop is a good place to grab a few inexpensive drinks, including a range of original highball cocktails. Drink prices go up in the lounge area at the back, a classier, sit-down setting with a food menu including charcoal-grilled meats and more café-style offerings like pasta and pork cutlet sandwiches. Nos Ebisu also hosts exhibitions and occasional gigs, and stays open until 5am on Fridays and Saturdays – ideal if you've missed the last train home and don't feel like clubbing.
