Review

Located not far from the American Embassy, on the first floor of the Nihon Jitensha Kaikan building, Sushi Saito is a sushi restaurant with counter seating and an owner who keeps a keen eye on each of his customers to serve up sushi with perfect timing. A clear favourite of Michelin director-general Jean-Luc Naret, who was quoted as saying that he ‘wanted to make this place my own’.
