Offering Tokyoites a taste of the finest Kyushu seafood, upscale izakaya chain Necchuya recently expanded to this Gotanda basement, where patrons can savour offerings like super-fresh saba mackerel from Nagasaki's Goto island chain. Other favourites include bean paste-filled teppan-gyoza dumplings and their homemade shochu, served warm from a teapot-like jug. Their dinner courses start from around ¥3,500 and include all-you-can-drink booze and soft drinks.
