Review

Founded by retired sumo wrestler Takematsu Tatsutano way back in 1895, Ginza's classic Tatsutano is taking a step into the unknown with this 'concept shop' opened in November 2014 inside the Omori station building. Looking to combine a hip café stand with the prestige of the Tatsutano name, this one caters to a slightly younger crowd than the original Ginza shop, serving green tea lattes and ice cream along their beloved anmitsu sweets. Pretty much everything on the menu goes for ¥450 a pop – very reasonable.
