Review

Surprise surprise – Hooters are opening a branch outside the traditional salaryman districts! The Akasaka and Ginza branches have followed the strategy of catering to the most obvious demographic, but this latest expansion, right next to Shibuya 109, clearly attempts to capture younger crowds with the tried-and-tested recipe of scantily clad waitresses and decent-enough burgers and chicken wings.
