Owned and operated by Jun Yukimura, a former head chef at Kyoto’s Muromachi Wakuden, Yukimura is a small restaurant that specialises in Kyoto-style cuisine. The restaurant is located in a small building in Azabu-Juban, however, there’s no sign displayed outside the shop – you’ll have to locate it using the block numbers in the address to find it. They offer hearty fare with an added touch of creativity, using ingredients especially ordered in from Kyoto. With only a handful of counter seats and one table, advanced bookings are practically a necessity.
