This famous Cantonese restaurant is located in the Westin Tokyo hotel and holds a claim to be the best Chinese restaurant in the city. Head chef Chin Kei Mei adds a touch of modern refinement to the traditional seafood-based Cantonese cuisine. Although it’s not on the menu (you’ll have to ask), the famous dan dan noodles are very popular, and are available hot or chilled. There is also a yum cha lunch which features a daily rotation of six types of dim sum brought round on a yum cha wagon.
