Regular shoppers at Hiroo's National Azabu before it was razed and rebuilt in 2012 may remember Bellas Cupcakes, who used to pitch up shop outside the supermarket and spread their sugary love. Well, they're back: as of June this year, the Bellas truck has returned to the expat retail mecca, where it'll be hawking its colourful treats – all made according to traditional English recipes – from Thursday to Saturday every week. If you're looking for an after-lunch snack, you might want to seek it out.
Bella's will be closed until August 31, and the cupcake truck will be off the road until September 5.
