Review

You’ll feel like you’ve stumbled into an Englishman’s garage at this eclectic bazaar, five minutes' walk from Shibuya Station. British Equipment Trading's owner is an Anglophile of the classic stripe, with an affection for vintage Barbour jackets, Smiths watches and TM Lewin shirts – everything a gentleman needed in the 1930s, in other words. That's not all that you'll find here, however: the shop also stocks a slightly haphazard assortment of imported British foods and sundries, from Walkers biscuits to Brylcreem.
