Laforet's landmark Harajuku shopping mall isn't all about teen fashion trends: the sixth floor houses an innovative gallery space, which has hosted exhibitions devoted to the likes of Czech animator Jan Švankmajer and US filmmaker David Lynch, as well as occasional concerts, screenings and events.
