What, where and why
Gathering together farmers primarily from the Kanto area, this market specialises largely in organic produce. It’s also notably eco friendly - look out for the bamboo tents, the collection points for used books... even the collection point for used tempura oil. Anyone helping out with recycling and the general organization of the event can earn ‘Earth Day Money,’ a local currency that can be used to shop at the market.
