When Azabu-Juban's Warehouse702 closed its doors at the beginning of the month, it robbed Tokyo of one of its key nightclubs – though only for a few weeks, it turns out. In an impressively quick turnaround, the club will be returning this weekend under a new name, Village, and with a solidly hip hop and R&B musical lineup. The pair of opening parties should give a chance for resident DJs Hokuto and Nuckey to show their stuff, with help on Saturday night from an overseas guest, Atlanta-based spinner DJ Drama.
