Returning for its eighth year, this gargantuan art show will once again be taking over the entire exhibition hall at Tokyo International Forum, this time with wider aisles for easier browsing. With over 140 galleries due to participate, Art Fair Tokyo is an excellent (if perhaps overwhelming) introduction to the Japanese contemporary art scene, while also featuring a clutch of international galleries from everywhere from Beijing to Buenos Aires. The 'Discover Asia' section – showcasing artists from South-East Asia – returns for its second year, and there'll also be a section devoted – intriguingly enough – to the artistic pursuits of former PM Morihiro Hosokawa.
