After going all David Guetta on us in 2012, this ostensibly urban-centric music fest appears to be righting the balance in 2013. Hitting Makuhari Messe the day before moshfest Punkspring 2013, the latest Springroove will be headlined by ice-cool R&B singer Ne-Yo, with long-running dancehall group T.O.K. and K-pop stars Shinee in support. There's still a strong EDM presence, mind you, with Swedish superstar Avicii and Russian-born producer Zedd among the acts due to take part. Here's the full lineup...
