When Robert Henke talks about sound, people pay attention: the producer of Monolake fame also teaches sound design at Berlin University of the Arts and develops music software (including ubiquitous production app Ableton Live and the related Max for Live). Henke's Tokyo acolytes will likely be flocking to SuperDeluxe on Sunday evening to hear him and collaborator Tarik Barri talk about their art (if you'd rather just hear him play music, head to Unit on Saturday for a pair of Monolake Live shows instead). Barri also plays a live set, alongside Tokyo-based producers Dub-Russell, Eli Walks and Qurea.
