Best known for his soaring, psychedelic contributions to space rock unit Rovo, violinist Yuji Katsui will be showing some different sides of his work during this two-night residency at Pit Inn. The first night sees the fiddler play alongside tabla maestro U-Zhaan, unpredictable pianist Suga Dairo and veteran rock drummer Tatsuya Nakamura (good luck predicting how that will sound), while the second pitches him against percussionist Kosuke Tsuji and drummer Takashi Numazawa.
