Time Out says

Ueno Park's open-air stage area provides an unusual setting for this songwriter-centric festival. Headliner Jesse Harris – doomed to be forever known as 'the guy who wrote that Norah Jones song' – will be offering a preview of his upcoming Sub Rosa album, recorded in Rio de Janeiro, with support from versatile instrumentalist Jim Campilongo. They're accompanied by a selection of choice Japanese acts, including wisecracking troubadour Nanao Tavito and producer I-Dep, who'll be departing from his usual electro-pop to play a live 'relax set' (sic) with band.
