Time Out says

In the course of conducting restoration work on its extensive Georges Roualt collection, the Shiodome Museum has made new discoveries about the French Fauvist and expressionist painter. Though Roualt has always been regarded as an unconventional sort, some might be surprised to discover that his 'Paysage Biblique' had an avant-garde painting on the other side, that some of his pieces were daubed while the undercoats were still wet, or that 'Madeleine' (pictured) wasn't even painted on a canvas. The museum will be showing these and other minor revelations during its latest Roualt show – along with a few new additions to its already bulging collection.
