Held to coincide with the Fukushima! festival up in Tohoku, this 'living gallery installation' will feature an ever-changing selection of Tokyo-based percussionists, the idea being that performers drop in and out over the course of the evening. Taiko player Satoshi Arai, tabla maestro Kenji Sakasegawa, and expat percussionists Samm Bennett and Marcos Fernandes are among the assorted bangers, thwackers and tub-thumpers involved, and all proceeds on the door will be donated to Project Fukushima!.
