There are a number of events being held around the capital on August 15 to coincide with music, art and poetry festival Fukushima! (their exclamation mark, not ours). This one comes from the miscreants behind the irregular Tokyo Boredom gigs, which serve as a showcase for the more unhinged members of the Japanese music underground. Highlights on a lineup that's pretty much wall-to-wall highlights include MC/beatmaker combo Rumi & Skyfish, frenetic post-punk groups Tacobonds and Worst Taste, hardcore veterans Melt-Banana, and bizarro troubadour Katan Hiviya.
