Aoyama Nordic restaurant Aquavit upholds a Swedish tradition with its annual crayfish fair, starting on the same day as crayfish season opens in the old country. The boiled crustaceans are limited to 20 orders daily, with advance bookings required (reserve by 5pm the day before). If you miss out, try the delicious marinated salmon or shrimp salad instead.
