Time Out says

The ICC has been hosting these year-long, free media art installations since 2006, and they sometimes end up eclipsing the museum's temporary exhibitions altogether. The latest Open Space enlists contributions from tech-minded artists including Yuri Suzuki, Gregory Barsamian, Norimichi Hirakawa, Bill Fontana and Masaki Fujihata, with an emphasis on interactivity and hands-on installations that even kids are likely to enjoy. Wander over to Hatsudai and prepare to have your mind quietly blown.
