Time Out says
Complete with live piano music, the atmosphere at this 28th-floor spot in the heart of the city is always worth savouring, but the Shangri-La's afternoon tea experience gets even better in springtime. Sakura scones, éclairs and strawberry daifuku sweets are added to a set also including seasonal sandwiches and other savoury treats. At night between March 15 and 31, the Lobby Lounge serves cherry blossom- and rose-themed cocktails – great for closing out a day of hanami.
