Electrick Halloween 2014

The Seibuen Yuenchi amusement park plays host to the first edition of Electrick Halloween, a two-day bonanza of light, sound and costumes. The main event is on October 31, when comedy duo Nippon Elekitel Rengo take the stage. There's also a special train departing for the party from Shinjuku Station, packed with a variety of minor celebrities – you'll need a special combination ticket to ride. The action gets a little less hectic on the following day, when it's time for the 'Family Party', headlined by idol outfit Dream5.
