This & That Café is a free art and music series that's been inspiring Tokyo creatives since 2010. This month their event is titled, appropriately, 'Halloweeny Style' and features no less than nine creatives from a variety of artistic genres. You can look forward to the earthy, rootsy songs of American singer/songwriter Erik Penny, the tap dancing of Muratap Masaking, the electro tunes of Tokyo-based duo Emulsion, and the art of Mariya Suzuki. And that's just for starters...
