Bubble tea chain Chun Shui Tang is cooling the summer with some specially made fresh tomato tea (¥500), available for a limited period of time at their three locations in Daikanyama, Roppongi and Omotesando. If you're wondering what goes into such a concoction, it's fresh tomato blended with Taiwanese jasmine tea, along with a drop of syrup to add to the sweetness – a refreshing combo of sweet and savoury that should be perfect for the hot and humid weather.
