Makuhari Messe may not be the most punk venue in the Tokyo area, but don't let that throw you off - this one-day celebration of anti-establishment attitude and aggressive audio will feature top international names like Bad Religion, The Hives, and The Fratellis, as well as Japanese heavyweights including The Bawdies, Coldrain, and SiM. Tickets go on general sale February 1.
