Time Out says

Makoto Aida's retrospective exhibition 'Monument for Nothing' at the Mori Art Museum in 2012 was one of the modern art highlights of that year. In 2013, Aida participated in the Setouchi Art Festival, spending more than a month on Ogijima - an island in the Seto Inland Sea famous for its ghosts and monsters. This work marks his debut as a video director, and should be great if you can take a little scare.
