Time Out says

Yoshitaka Amano is not only the creator of classic anime characters like Gatchaman and Tekkaman, but has also contributed illustrations to numerous other comics, anime series, and video games (including the Final Fantasy series) during his lengthy career. He has found success in the realm of fine art as well, and this exhibition demonstrates why: ranging from Amano's recent 'Deva Loka' series all the way to his popular character designs, it lays bare the endless creativity of this highly regarded artist.
