The floating bar at TY Harbor Brewery sways from side to side whenever a boat goes past, though you might just feel it's because you've had too many drinks. The food is brought over from the kitchens on the shore, which might be why our margherita pizza (already a tad expensive at ¥1,800) is lukewarm when it arrives at the table.
