If you can forgive the defiantly tacky decor and Eurodance soundtrack, there's a lot to like about this Ikebukuro all-night bar. There's a range of cocktails and some competently executed fusion food on offer, but the main draw, of course, is the beer. There are 100 bottled varieties available, with an emphasis on Belgian and American brews, alongside a pithier selection of drafts, including two regularly rotating guest beers. The 6-8pm happy hour is a steal: beers are half price.
