Review

The shots start at a not-unreasonable ¥500, but you won’t find any bottom-shelf booze at this backstreet tequila bar near Shibuya's Bunkamura: if it isn’t 100 percent agave, Agua won’t stock it. Scroll through the iPad drinks menu, ranging from familiar names like Patron and Jose Cuervo to a rare El Tesoro Extra Añejo 70th Anniversary (yours for just ¥19,800 per shot), then order up some tacos and chili chicken wings to soak up the booze.
