Review

The owner of this kosher-certified falafel stand is from Israel, and uses pita bread imported from Jerusalem. King Falafel is a good ten minutes' walk from the nearest station, but falafel lovers will consider it worth the trek. The shop fries its patties fresh to order, then crams them into pita pockets filled with hummus, salad, pickles, onion, spicy sauce and the shop’s own secret special sauce – the flavours all sitting perfectly in balance with each other. They also do bento boxes, accompanied with seasoned rice, if you're looking for something to take home with you.
