Perhaps best known for their valencias (orange marmalade cookies dipped in chocolate) and bon bons, popular sweets makers Décadence du Chocolat recently opened this Ginza shop, following their locations in Shibuya and Myogadani. Every item in the collection is expertly crafted by in-house pâtissiers, who are particularly adept at giving the classic ganache a Japanese twist. The shop also hosts a café area where you can try all the latest offerings.
