New York Bar is situated in the Park Hyatt Tokyo hotel, which occupies the thirty-ninth through fifty-second floors of the Shinjuku Park Tower, provides a great night view of central Tokyo including Tokyo Tower. Though this bar does not take reservations, there should be open spots among the seating for 127 people. Light meals are offered, or for something more substantial you can order food from New York Grill's à la carte menu.
