The excellent Wagyu burgers are the biggest draw at this blandly elegant café-restaurant, just far enough from the main Harajuku drag to mean that it doesn't get insanely busy. Weekday lunches start at ¥800, and dog owners can sit with their pooch on the outdoor terrace.
