Review

Tenugui – traditional Japanese hand towels made from dyed cotton cloth – have been coming back in vogue recently, no doubt to the delight of companies such as Kamawanu. These tenugui specialists have outlets all over Tokyo, but their main branch can be found in Daikanyama. The towels (actually more like oversized handkerchiefs) are available in an impressive range of designs and colours, and complemented by an assortment of old-school accessories.
