11 Tokyo fundraisers this weekend: 8

Ebisu expat haunt What the Dickens was originally just planning to hold a benefit gig on Sunday for those affected by last month's Christchurch earthquake. Then March 11 happened, and… well, you can figure out the rest. A group of Tokyo-based musicians will be helping share the love between two continents, with appearances by Kat McDowell, Sunset Drive, The Watanabes and others. The event is being held in collaboration with Peace Boat and Japan New Zealand, and proceeds are going to be split evenly between relief funds for both coutries.
