Time Out says

New York's kings of customisable popsicles make their blink-and-you'll-miss-it Tokyo debut during Golden Week. Head to Laforet Harajuku from May 1-5 for a chance to sample one of Popbar's tasty treats (or 'gelato on a stick', as they like to call them), at a pop-up shop organised by US fashion brand Cole Haan. The lollipops on offer include staple flavours like kiwi and mango, plus a few Japan-only creations like butter popcorn and green tea.
