Time Out says

Find out how reconstruction and regeneration efforts are progressing in disaster-hit parts of Tohoku at this exhibition organised by the WAWA Project, an initiative that aims to build connections between artists, activists and residents of the afflicted areas. The touring Making as Living - The Exhibition of Great East Japan Earthquake Regeneration Support Action Project show highlights the work that has been completed so far, as well as posing questions about what needs to be done in the future.
