Time Out says

There are some decidedly unseasonal Oktoberfests taking placing in Odaiba and Yokohama this Golden Week, but if German beer isn't your thing, here's a Belgian alternative. The company behind Belg Aube and Delirium Café has been organising these Brusselian bacchanals since 2005, offering a range of Belgian beers and grub in an outdoor setting on the Yokohama waterfront. The ¥3,900 advance ticket (available at branches of Belg Aube and Delirium Café) gets you seven beers and a commemorative glass, while the ¥2,100 ticket available on the door covers just four tipples – and you'll have to sup them from a plastic cup.
