The organisers of the annual Electronic Tribe New Year parties are throwing their own Halloween gig this year, and it boasts one of the more interesting lineups you'll find in Tokyo over the weekend. The biggest draw is VJ unit and Ninja Tune regulars Hexstatic, whose Robin Brunson will be performing a special Halloween-themed set. Elsewhere on the bill, you'll find illbient turntablist DJ Olive, white-hot electro duo 80kidz, beatmakers Quarta330 and O.N.O a.k.a. Machine Live, and veteran DJ Kaoru Inoue. There's discounted entry on the door if you're wearing some kind of costume, and 'free' entry (read: you still have to pay for a ¥1,000 drink ticket) if you go the whole hog.
