Time Out says

The six-star hotel Mandarin Oriental Tokyo, which opened its doors five years ago, will be holding a collaboration dinner in its French cuisine inspired restaurant, Signature. Behind the scenes will be up-and-coming chefs from Michelin star awarded modern French restaurants. Gathered in Tokyo from three French cities proud of their gourmet tradition are Nicolas Le Bec (Restaurant Le Bec – 2 stars) on his first visit to Tokyo from Lyon, Keisuke Matsushima (Keisuke Matsushima – 1 star) and Oliver Rodriguez (Mandarin Oriental Tokyo Main Dining – 1 star). There are two choices for the dinner course: ¥14,000 and ¥20,000 (tax included, service charge additional). The course will be presented as a three-person relay. Those choosing the ¥20,000 course will be treated to a cold hors d’oeuvre by Chef Matsushima and a warm hors d’oeuvre by Nicholas Le Bec and Oliver Rodriguez. This will be followed by a fish dish by Le Bec, a meat dish by Rodriguez and dessert by Matsushima. Enjoy three different perspectives on French cuisine that take a step away from tradition.
