The Nishi-Azabu outpost of coffee authority Kentaro Maruyama's signature chain highlights Central American beans for summer, serving up not only fine brews but also punchy cocktails available in both hot and cold versions. The concoctions consist of Panamanian rum mixed with Maruyama's excellent coffee and can be sampled throughout the day (despite the event name). Recipes are attached to every order, inviting you to try some mixology at home, too.
