Gaienmae's World Breakfast Allday has featured a diverse variety of breakfast treats from all over the globe over the past few years, but this just might be their most exotic venture yet: for July and August, the eatery serves up a morning plate filled with Polynesian treats, including poisson crue (or 'ota 'ika), the traditional tuna and vegetable stew made with citrus juice and coconut milk. You can also taste pua rôti (grilled pork), po'e fruit pudding and mango desserts, best washed down with a Hinano beer or some coconut water. These tropical goodies should be perfect for the hot season – to learn more, attend one of the Tahitian cooking classes and other related events taking place throughout the event period.
