Time Out says

After displays in Hiroshima and Saitama, this interesting exhibition now comes to Hachioji's Yume Museum for June and July, shining a light on 16 remarkable houses designed by 16 of Japan's most renowned postwar architects. Built mainly between the 1950s and late '70s, the abodes symbolise the country's adoption of the single-family home ideal, but also point at the innovation inherent in the designs of pioneers like Kenzo Tange, Toyo Ito and Tadao Ando. Perhaps modernist masterpieces like Ito's 'White U' house in Nakano and Ando's 'Row House in Sumiyoshi' will inspire you to ponder what your own dream home would look like?
