Go for summery all-you-can-eat at Shinbashi's Dai-ichi Hotel, where the L'Etoile buffet restaurant serves up refreshing specialities for the hot and humid season. The lunch and dinner deals both include bold creations – how about some thin Inaniwa udon topped with tomato kakigori, or perhaps tropical fruit and tapioca pearls covered with cream soda? Imaginations are running wild in this kitchen, it seems.
